Order Processing

Once your order is successfully placed, our team will verify and process it for dispatch.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
During sales, festive seasons, or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

After dispatch, your order is generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.
Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations, during peak seasons, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
From time to time, Iconic Treasure may offer free shipping or delivery-charge-free promotions. Such offers will be subject to the terms mentioned during the promotion.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be available for selected locations and orders.

For COD orders:

You are required to pay the full order amount to the delivery person at the time of delivery.
COD availability may depend on your location and courier service.
Iconic Treasure reserves the right to restrict COD availability for certain locations, products, or orders

Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Please make sure that your shipping address, PIN code, name, and contact number are correct before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, customer unavailability, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.

Damaged Package

If the package appears visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please take photographs/videos and contact us immediately.
For product damage claims, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. A continuous unboxing video is required for eligible damage or wrong-product claims.

International Shipping

Currently, shipping availability may be limited to selected locations. International shipping, where offered, may be subject to additional shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other applicable charges.
