Order Cancellation Policy – THE ICONIC TREASURE

At THE ICONIC TREASURE, we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. Therefore, cancellation requests are subject to the following terms.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched.
To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID.
If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, it generally cannot be cancelled.
If you no longer wish to receive the order, please contact us. For eligible cases, we will guide you according to our applicable return/refund policy.

COD Orders

For COD orders, cancellation requests should be made before dispatch.
Repeated refusal of COD orders or failure to accept an order at delivery may affect the availability of COD for future orders.

Custom or Special Orders

Custom-made, personalized, or specially prepared products may not be eligible for cancellation once production or preparation has started.
Any applicable cancellation terms will be communicated to the customer before processing such an order.

Sale & Promotional Orders

Orders placed during special sales, clearance sales, or promotional campaigns may be subject to additional cancellation conditions mentioned during the promotion.

Refund for Cancelled Prepaid Orders

If an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on the payment gateway and your bank.

Important Note

The Iconic Treasure reserves the right to decline a cancellation request if the order has already been dispatched, customized, or otherwise processed beyond the cancellation stage.
